I submited my resume through Indeed.com.I was required to complete a lengthy assessment.The assessment included behavioral questions and multiple choice customer service scenarios. I received a call from recruiter about a week later .I was scheduled for an interview which was conducted by three managers.I was contacted within 48hrs with a decision.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
