Interview was very simple. Not many technical questions. They asked if I would work nights or weekends. I expected to work some nights as many communication companies do upgrades at night, (12am-5am, this is what they call a maintenance window). Many companies do this to not disrupt services during peak hours. They wouldn't disclose salary info. It's hard to know if you are on the low or high end of the salary. If you accept the job, then be happy because the opportunity to negotiate salary is over.
