After submitting the application online I received a impromptu phone interview after which we set up a face to face interview for the next week. At the face to face it starts with a tour of the, rather drab, 2 floor facility. After which I waited in a room for about 10 minutes for one of the supervisors to come in. She explained the job description and possible schedule outcomes. (You must work on weekend day a week and your off days are very likely to vary). We then did a call simulation role play, where you study the customers information for five minutes then begin with the supervisor. At the end of "the call" you are to try a sell a product to the customer because selling more products is a HUGE part of the job. After the role play a different supervisor comes in to do the boring behavioral questionnaire that concludes the interview and they inform you that you'll receive a decision within 48 hours.
