applied online. received a phone interview followed by a 1-on-1. questions asked were not out of the norm. some of the questions were about how you would deal with certain situations. interviewee did not have too many questions. interviewee was very impressed with my presentation of resume (went to office max and bought a resume folder and envelope. cost was $15 for a pack of 5). follow up email from interviewee stating i did not get the job. job was given to a more qualified candidate. i was told i did give an impressive interview and it was a hard choice. advice...dress to impress, present yourself and your resume in a way that makes you stand out, make eye contact, and as always...be as prepared as you can for anything that may get thrown at you.
