Inconsistent communication and position management. Interviewed for one job, then was told a similar one would be available and I would be notified as soon as that occurred. I wasn't, but found the posting and applied anyway. I spoke to my recruiter and he sounded optimistic about an interview with the hiring team, which never occurred. Not getting an interview is normal, but the length of applying, waiting for responses from my recruiter, and eventually getting a rejection email was about 2-3 months.
