I was called in for an interview and even the phone call to schedule the interview was very lax. I was interviewed by two senior employees who took turns asking me questions. The questions were a mix of very odd questions and general interview questions. At one point I was asked a succession of odd questions such as "What would you prefer to read from: A Kindle or a Book?" and "Do you prefer Star Wars or Star Trek?". I assume they were trying to determine if I had a type A personality and my overall suitability for the team environment. I was told about the job and what it involved. I was then told I'd be contacted in a week or 2.
