There were two interviewers present (manager and optometrist). The manager asked mostly standard retail interview questions. Interviewers were welcoming and friendly, did not feel intimated at all. Experience went well.

I've only completed the online interview portion of it and it's been a week since i've done so, so i'm not really sure if they're accepting me or not. However, the questions were pretty simple and straightforward for the online interview

Applied on indeed, got a screening interview with the regional manager, invited to go to the specsaver shop and had interview with the branch manager. Process was pretty quick and they were friendly. They also had an admin person that updates you throughout the process.
