I did first virtual interview and interviewer was nice and asked general screening questions. And then, I moved to second in-person interview. I visited Spear Physical Therapy site and got interviewed with two people. It was more like conversation and they made me to keep asking questions until I needed to make questions to ask.

The interview process was very straightforward process. The process began with a 30 minute phone interview, then in person interview, then a final round. I received an offer within 1 month.
