I have attempted 3 times in Sparx IT Solutions , Noida for the profile of HTML Programmer. I haven't got selected even a single time. First they create vacancies and then a job seeker can view it from job portals, their official website then , on interview date, they provide you bunch of papers in which you write about yourself and declarations , etc. after that , you write your technical paper. then and only then you are going to sort list . Only last time/3rd attempt I have sort listed , Then they call you and mail you for face to face round. unfortunately , Interviewer wasn't think I was a good candidate for that specific job , Job Title of HTML Programmer.
