After exchanging emails with the recruiter, we setup a time for a phone call with a creative leader at company. They were professional, friendly, smart and detailed. We had a great conversation. They asked questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at Sparks.

Entretien
There was one phone interview then one day of live interviews with President, CEO and head of my department. There was also an awkward lunch with the department. Upon completion of that, there was an exhaustive, super long list of follow-up questions from the HR director. Overall, I got the impression I was considered for the position perhaps for the wrong reasons. There was more discussion about the company I had previously worked for and clients I had previously worked with, than what I could do for Sparks going forward, and how Sparks would define success in this position.
