First, filled out online application. There is an initial phone interview with standard behavioral questions. Then I had a zoom interview the next day, with more situational questions. Heard back within two weeks with feedback.

The process began with a phone interview. It was more informational then an "interview" but they still asked questions about you. Then the next step was an in-office interview. They show you around their beautiful office and then ask you more in-depth questions about yourself!
