Multiple interviews took place with current employees and cross functional teams. Process all together took a few months but quick turn around with salary negotiation and start date. Overall a great experience

After initial screening interview, you had to go back for 4 one-on-one interviews, where you were basically giving verbal essays. It was tough and long - each interview was 1 hour and it was grueling. I was exhausted and spent by the end of the day, and I left feeling like I had done horribly. The HR person was not nice and made me feel unqualified. But, somehow, I got the offer.
