Entretien
I was called through a recruiter and the process was quite fast. Three-part interview process, phone interview, face to face interview in office and final HR discussion round. The first there was a screening interview process by the HR recruiter. Second phase was face to face interview by the Project manager in office and Third phase was final HR round, HR discussions.

Entretien
The initial screening process with Spanidea includes solving a Django ORM related problem within 30 minutes. The task is designed to evaluate problem-solving skills, understanding of Django’s database models, query optimization, and coding efficiency under time constraints
It was good interview. The panels asked questions based on the project what you have done earlier.they asked questions based on the employee identity then discuss about project in detail as they feel knowing what one have done on project is better experience rather that one has more skill no project handson..it is not like skill is not needed for them.

Entretien
It was a good process. 2 interview round (Technical) and 1 HR discussion mostly for CTC. Interviewer was good. Good communication by HR and good support. Offer letters will be provided immediately and will be asking more on core c++ concepts
