They took 3 rounds: 1-Telephonic-asking about my experience and my previous employer etc. 2- Technical- this was a skype interview, asked me several technical questions related to python 3-Technical-skype interview-technical director took my interview and asked some technical questions. Firstly I want to tell you all that all the employees I think in this company is at least at the Director level. I mean from 1st call till the last you will get a call from the director, Technical director, Hr manager. And don't be surprised if you get a call from the CEO of the company asking you to join there company without any offer letter as they are not FRAUDS. So, I was selected for the profile but they asked me to come to Pune location without any offer letter. I told them that I will not be able to come without any offer letter. After that, they told me that their servers are down and they will not be able to release my offer letter, book flight tickets and send it to us then we will release your offer letter and crap. Also, I was on a call with their HR and he kept on saying that we are not frauds, I am HR here and I am in top position(as all employees are) and we will never betray you we have this project here and there n all and when I said no I will not join without offer letter he tried to threaten me by saying "DROP THIS CANDIDATE" to another person while on a call with you(happened with me). He called me again after two days that are you joining or not? They keep on telling you that we will give you this package and all but they never give you the offer letter having all the terms and conditions. So I think if you will get an offer in this company first ask them to give offer letter and then join and in my opinion just don't join and reject their offer
