I applied online on the job platform Hipo.ro. I was contacted for an interview about 3 weeks later. There were 3 stages: a group interview, a 1:1 interview and a final task. At the group interview we had to present ourselves, complete an attention and an English test and solve together a problem that gave us a list with information about a group of people out of which we were allowed to only choose 5 in order to survive. At the 1:1 interview I was asked questions about my skills and personality. At the final stage I was given a personality test and a task that consisted of two parts: writing an article sample with the purpose to attract new customers/partners etc. and a creative idea to be implemented at the SpamExpert booth at one of the largest conferences for web hosts. Very positive experience overall, they were looking for only one intern.
