It was very laid back, I went in and simply let the advocate know I had an interview. I waited in the store and was quickly brought in for an interview. The Store Manager was very polite and really great to along with. She made the whole interview feel less tense then I usually do in an interview to more laidback as if we’re just having a simple conversation. I answered the questions to the best of my ability and got the job pretty quickly afterwards. The interview questions were just your simple questions like “name a time you assisted an angry customer and they left with a smile?” Stuff like that.
