I responded to a notice for interns that they posted on their weekly email blast. I sent in my resume and cover letter and they replied a week later with an interview offer. I went in for the interview and the following week they notified me that I had received the internship.

Describe your past positions( they wanted very throrough descriptions of what my responsibilities were). What type of music do you listen to? Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Pretty standard interview questions.
