J'ai passé un entretien chez SpaceX (Hawthorne, CA)
Entretien
Had a 30 min phone interview with a recruitor. I was asked a few basic questions like "tell me about yourself" to start off. The recruitor was super friendly and conversational. This was then followed by a round of technical engineering questions towards the end of the phone call.

Went through 3 phone interviews with 3 separate people. Round 4 was onsite and you had to give a 1 hour presentation on your greatest achievement. I was sent home right after the presentation. If you do make it past this step you have 3-5 hours of 1on1 interviews with team members asking about engineering principals like bending and more,

Three Rounds of Phone Interviews
1st Round w/ Technical Recruiter who asked technical screening questions about beams, materials, stress/strain and wanted an 80% passing rate to put you through to next round.
2nd Round w/ Engineer Team Lead on Starship who went over a technical review of resume. Make sure to review details of everything on your resume to be able to talk through at length. Also worked through a common buoyancy problem looking for how you think through problems and stay calm under pressure.
3rd Round w/ a Different Engineer Team Lead on Starship who asked more design specific questions about your projects like how you thought through challenges and wanted to determine how much of the project you were directly responsible for or owned. Also involved conceptual technical questions about tension and lift/drag mechanics.
