Phone interview did not last more than 5 minutes. I was asked to describe what a quote is composed of. I found the question to be quite odd and vague. I asked for clarification but very little was provided. I proceeded to describe the components of a quote from memory, then the hiring manager just said "I am good, thank you". That was it.
