Process began from recruiter contact. Had an initial phone screening and then moved on to a phone interview with the team. After that interview, I was flown out to Hawthorne and gave a presentation on a technical achievement to a panel of team members and managers. After the presentation, the team decided to move forward so I went through several hours of 1:1 interviews. A week later I was sent my offer letter.
