Applied for a job online and received a phone call with a recruiter to schedule an over the phone screener. Interviewer called on time and asked a few propulsion related questions, physics type questions that one should know for this job. Next step was an on-site interview where I had to give a presentation of a research project of my choosing. I gave the presentation, was asked a few questions along with some brain teasers. At the end, they decided I wasn't a good fit for the job and was asked to leave.

The process consisted of two phone screens, one with a hiring manager and one with a senior engineer, and an onsite interview. The first call included behavioural and technical questions and the second call was almost exclusively technical.
