1st Phone Interview
1) You have to complete a questionnaire and e-mail it back to the Recruiter.
2) They ask for the basic info, including past salaries, college GPA, etc.
3) First phone interview is a screening to see if your history matches the job you are applying for
4) Communication prior to the interview is done by e-mail
Very basic information to see if the job and your work history is aligned.
They do a very good job and overall it was a good experience to go through. To be honest, I wasn't actively looking for a job, and my background is still a bit "green" for the position that they needed.
2 series of phone interviews followed by the on site interview process. Phone interviews were easy to do, basic questions about leadership. Onsite interview started with a tour followed by the one hour scheduled slot for my powerpoint presentation to discuss a technical project from my last workplace. For me it was easy to do because I was so passionate about my technical project that it becomes second nature to present to other individuals about it.

I just had an initial phone interview with a technical recruiter. Process was very simple in terms of scheduling and availability. They even send you a link that allows you to record your name pronunciation if you like to.

Applied online, without referral and got an email from the recruiter about 3-4 weeks later. Had one 30 minute phone screening. Heard back the next day. Had two more 30 minute phone interviews with the hiring manager and the directer of the department i was applying for. Got invited to an onsite interview which consisted of a 30 minute presentation and 7 30 minute in person interviews with various supervisors/managers/directors. Heard back about 1 week later that they wanted to offer me the position but needed my references and a background check
