had an initial recruiter screen over the phone, was more intense than your average phone screen. Follow up with hiring manager, lots of questions, Make sure to have a few STAR situations lined up.

Entretien
All interviews I went through were conducted over phone calls
1. Screening with recruiter (basically vibe check, went over experiences and job position), not technical
2. Second round was with an engineer -- went over experience in more technical details, asked some control fundamentals
3. Third round was with a senior engineer -- went over experience again, but drilled into low level components more (eg. how did you use opencv? why did you choose that camera?)

Recruiter phone screen, followed by a technical Codility take-home assessment, and then a series of onsite interviews with upper management and team members (some technical some behavioral). You present to a panel about your greatest technical achievements and then break off into 1 on 1 interviews afterwards

Awkward interview, interview seemed unprepared a lot of awkward silences. Interview wasn’t sure what to ask me seemed like he was trying to come up with question ones the spot.
