Was left feeling disappointed and disrespected at the end of the interview process: Total lack of communication after the last stage, not even an acknowledgement to a follow asking for feedback about the interview.
Candidates invest significant time; being left in limbo is unprofessional and easily avoidable.
The interview process went like this:
Initial stage, I had an interview with the managing director and financial controller, it was engaging and they seemed to be aligned with my skills and mindset towards the role.
Second stage was a technical assessment and skills test with the software supplier that support Spa Parts Vortex. This went quite well - the interviewer was reasonable in his questions and they covered a wide range of things, both Odoo specific and broader web development knowledge.
