The interviewer was very concerned with the salary they'd be offering me down the line - in the initial phone call. I was asked what i expected and then the interviewer offered over $20000 less than what I said, which was an average from other companies I've discussed similar positions with. I politely declined, as it wasn't even a living wage for Boston, especially with a 4 year degree.
