Hey there. Thanks for the feedback. I wanted to take a moment to address some of your concerns. The assessments that we use helps us to identify the best fit for our fast-paced and growing organization in an unbiased way. The model that we use to run them is the one suggested by folks who create the assessments to ensure the best fit. I realize that it asks candidates to invest a fair amount of time up front and we acknowledge that the process isn’t for everyone. I’m also sorry that you weren’t a fan of the process that we run for sales hiring. That panel interview is fairly formalized – and we do that for a reason. We are very committed to having a fair and unbiased interview process – and that step allows us to interview candidates in a way that is standard and fair. Does that mean we never allow questions or give you a chance to show your personality? Of course not! The best part of Sovos are the people that work here – and we are a unique group of individuals with different personalities, skill sets and talents. I am sorry that you didn’t get the opportunity to get some more questions answered up front and that you were not engaged enough to get to the next step.
