It started with a cognitive assessment test that you take. Then they make you do it again while they watch you. Essentially you have to earn trust. I did not move forward in the interview process. While the job was interesting I'm not sure I would have been a good fit. I have a tremendous amount of sales training experience with a proven success record but the whole jumping through hoops with the recruiter and the dog and pony show with the live assessment definitely turned me off.
