Very simple, applied through indeed. Interview consisted of a conversation followed by providing a written sample based on a scenario. It was a nice environment and interviewers were kind and open to questions and discussion of job roles and expectations.

The interview at SWHD was largely scenario based questions with a short writing assignment at the end. It was a longer than average interview, running about 1.5 hours. The initial interview was with one manager and the second interview was with the manager and her supervisor. I felt very comfortable talking openly with both individuals.
