Very laid back and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the job duties. Able tour facility and see where and what I would be doing. Able to ask questions and have them answered.

Initial contact was telephone and very friendly and relaxed. Then an in-person interview was conducted at the facility of interest. I was able to ask any questions I had and they were answered frankly and honestly by the supervisor, Melinda. The interview was relaxed and honest, it gave an insight to the supervisor and the person I would be working with. I appreciated this a lot. At the end of the interview I felt more confident with the end decision of which direction I wanted to go.
