The panel interview included a predetermined question list. There were no questions or discussion related to cultural fit or general background asked. Response of non-selection was received the next day, which was appreciated over being ghosted, but signs point to there being a pre-selection and the interview being a sham to meet some hiring policy. Wouldn't be surprised if having a diversity quota was an instant disqualifier.
