I interviewed for an associate-level role. The screener sent me the scheduling email for the wrong person (addressed to the wrong name), immediately canceled when I reached out to clarify, provided unclear follow-up, and then sent me a berating email when I missed the interview slot they had apparently booked for me.
I have through another process had a great interview with program staff, but my experience with their screener was extremely off-putting. I ultimately chose to opt-out of the process based on that experience and would be unlikely to apply to future positions at the organization
