In a word, arduous. Interview process took a month with 7 interviews before receiving the offer. Indecision of the management and shifting job description should have been a red flag. I tried them out anyway and learned to trust my gut. I got out of there at the first opportunity.

The interview process was quick and painless I did not even fully comprehend that I had been chosen for the job in the moment. I was a bit caught off guard at how simple of questions I was asked and that I had moved on and was signing the acceptance papers for the position.
