Spoke with two different recruiters, that basically asked the same questions. You don't have a direct contact person regarding the process. You are asked to submit references, which are also put through a online questionnaire, which has to be completed In a close timeframe, and then closed out before all required references are completed. Then at some point you are scheduled a in person interview with regional manager, with little to know feedback as to what the next step will be. You are then told you'll have a video interview with district, which feels more like an interigation than an interview. And in learning more about benefits offered, was challenging after contacting the recruiter assistant, she was unsure of what was offered and couldn't really supply details. Two month process and waiting, and a 5 th interview is scheduled; this time with the Chief Hospitalists. At this point after a 3 month process you speak with the one who you will have direct interaction with day to day. More or less asked if I could start at the deadline, which was within 2 weeks, made to feel that I had the job only to learn that I didn't, by my own inquiry and not their feedback. Very disappointing process, direction and feedback unclear.
