Easy and friendly interview process. Felt comfortable and at ease. It was a very casual conversation about personal hobbies, previous work experience, and what you could bring to the company.

Easy and quick. They let me take a ride and then I interviewed with the manager. Questions were open-ended and just about my general abilities and willingness to work. From start to finish, it was a simple process and I got the job fairly quickly after the interview.
Quick virtual interview. Spoke to manager and assistant manager on my experience, why I would like to work at soul, and mostly my schedule and availability. Interview was conversation style.
