The process took 2 weeks from the time I received a call from recruiter to the time I accepted the offer. It was very straightforward. I had a 30 minutes call with recruiter and received an assessment to do in 5 business days. The assessment was a whole complete project, which could examine my UX knowledge and skills very well. After I submitted my work I received an invitation to the office and had interview with product managers and engineers. I visited the office once more and got an offer. One thing that I loved about the interview process, is the fact that they literally judged me by my work and not the number of years of experience. The also were very transparent in the whole process.
