I had given interview for the position of senior SDET. Total 5 rounds were there for this position. People are unprofessional and they will not value your time. The interviewer did not show up for some of the rounds and I had to wait for 30 minutes. When I called HR recruiter, she told me to wait and interviewer can join any moment. I had cleared 5 rounds of interview and at the time of releasing offer letter, HR told that they don't have the budget to release the offer letter where as I had clearly communicated about my expected salary before starting the interview process. They will waste your 3 to 4 weeks of time.
