Standard initial contact with HR then various managers and directors. Questions were of the standard variety of "tell me about a time when" with a focus on fit and being able to show how you made a difference. Reason for giving negative rating is that their HR was non-responsive and did not really provide updates leaving me in the dark for weeks.
