Professional and Amazing experience
I was approached by a recruiter (Julia) at the beginning of December on Linkedin. Had a phone screening, an interview with my future manager, then a VP, and finally, a panel interview. the whole process was about 3 weeks
Everyone who amazing to talk to, and the recruiter was extremely communicative and transparent. She always kept me up to date and didn't mind my pestering.
Other companies should follow suit

I have had a phone interview with the recruitment agency first and then with the Customer Service Director and a Manager in San diego and in Canada. The interview was very friendly but fast and technical.
