first an aptitude + tech test was taken for shortlisting ( all branches eligible , had to choose on programming language either c,c++ etc) . 20 odd people were shortlisted for tech interview . 6-7 people were further selected for a panel based HR . 3rd round was a management round (but I being from comp. sci was asked many tech questions also).
Then offer letter was given on the spot.
