Standard recruitment process. First part of the process outsourced to external contractors. They were not really able to answer on all questions about the company. Standard personality test on-line that were discussed in the second interview in which I also met the recruiting manager. The overall impression of the process were ok, but it sometimes felt as if the recruiter (external) didn't really knew the company.
