The interview process consisted of three stages: an initial HR interview followed by two technical interviews.
The first technical interview focused on general programming concepts and fundamental knowledge. It was straightforward and not particularly difficult. The second technical interview was more role-specific and assessed the knowledge required for the position. It was more challenging, but the questions were relevant and well aligned with the job.
The interviewers were highly knowledgeable professionals who approached the interviews with professionalism and respect. While I did not fully agree with the final assessment of my performance, I found the interviews themselves to be fair and technically relevant.
My main concern was the overall timeline. The process took more than two months, before I received the final rejection after completing all three interviews. I understand that hiring processes can take time, but the long gaps between interview stages made the experience unnecessarily slow and frustrating.
Overall, I consider the interview content and process to be fair and well organized, but I believe the communication and pace of the recruitment process could be significantly improved.

One HR round, two coding rounds.
The first coding round was a generic round, with a few average problems to solve.
The second one was harder, there was an interviewer and a senior developer, both were friendly, and the questions and the problems were harder to solve. They were polite, professional and helpful.
