Asked very vague questions, but expected very specific answers to the questions. Unfair interview in my opinion. Questions were mostly science based questions to test your meteorology skills and how well you understand certain principles.

Saw the job ad on their website so I applied and heard back from them within 3 days. I scheduled an interview for the end of that week. I only did the first round phone interview with the HR manager. She was nice... questions were a bit all over the place though. Asked the normal questions about myself, strengths, weaknesses and then asked me why the sky was blue. Asked me what my salary requirements were and then asked me a bit more about my projects and finally what my GPA was. She then asked me to send my transcripts, 3 letters of recommendation and writing samples. It lasted a little over 30 minutes.

I applied via email in 2018 and within 4 days I received a request for a phone call interview with HR manager. Asked general questions and asked about theoretical questions.

HR coordinator responded quickly to my application to set up a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of basic questions like, "Describe a project you've worked on recently," "How would your peers/bosses describe you?," "Why do you want to work here?." Unfortunately the interviewer is not a meteorologist so some of your answers may be interpreted as wrong answers.
