During the interview, the majority of the questions they asked were about my math capabilities. I was hired on as carhop, but the day I started I was instantly promoted to manager with no prior training.

It was an easy well thought out interview process. The manager was very thorough and informative. Questions relative to the position, explanation on the company, franchise and culture. Overall a great experience.

Entretien
Initial contact from recruiter one hour after applying to the position. Called for a 30 minute conversation about previous experience and leadership style.
Recruiter gave a lot of info about the franchise and process of moving up, as I expressed desire to eventually move into HR as I obtained my degree when asked about future goals.
The recruiter informed they’d send my info to the DM and he’d be in contact soon.
2 hours later the DM contacted me and set an interview for the following morning.
We met on the patio at the location I had applied for and he asked me a few more questions about why I chose sonic, what drives me as a leader, and what experiences I had in leadership. Then he left space to answer store specific questions I had. He was candid in what areas of opportunity the store had and where they shine.
