We want to address your concerns respectfully because they offer great insight to our followers! As mentioned during the initial interview, we are going through a growth phase which means we are training our top account manager to learn best interviewing practices. Our method of training is extremely hands-on; we apologize if we didn't explain our process enough before the interview. Furthermore, we utilize the initial interview to see if our personalities match and if we feel like candidates fit with our company culture; the second interview lasts two hours is where candidates experience a "day in the life" of an account representative, which is a two hour job shadow.
