There wasn't one. You were walked onto the sales floor, left for two hours to read up on the application that was given to you, and then asked to do a role play of a telephone sale by one of the supervisors. This lasted for two minutes then you could go.

Pretty basic questions and then you already knew u were getting the job cause they employed everyone who walked through the door! Training was basic a week product knowledge of that and the team didn't even no what they were doing just pot of luck
