Entretien
You first have a phone call with the HR manager to introduce yourself briefly and talk a little. Then you'll probably have a Skype interview (or face-to-face interview) with the HR manager and your future manager.
A call + interview on the spot with an hr manager and somebody from the office. The hr manager forgot about the call, called back in a day. On the spot interview was nice, but you do not get to know anyone and you hear quite a lot of good things that are not exactly true about the company

Entretien
The interview itself was very professional and straightforward, and everything seemed to go very well, which is why I'm surprised I was never contacted again. When you show so much interest in a candidate, you should at least let him know if you change your mind or if you find someone else. Not very professional on their side.
