1st initial phone interview - Amy Hayes was my first contact at Solotech and she very much set the bar for the rest of my experience and gave the best impression of the type of people at this company! In my 4 months of searching, she was the only one who literally answered every question I had before I even had to ask. The transparency with salary, equipment, the entire process of next steps was all explained clearly and accurately, every company would be wise to model their people after her, it would save a lot of time and energy for all involved! 2nd was a 2 person panel interview, very straightforward and we discussed my previous experience and what I could bring to the table, they covered high level of expectations on their side. 3rd and final was with the gentleman who is now my boss - he was extremely kind and also very transparent on what they were looking for and we discussed my background and how that would fit in. I wouldn't say it was difficult, but he did throw me a few questions no one else had and I hadn't prepared for, I took pause a few times before answering and he gave me the space to do so without pressure.
