First initial interview by HR by phone, second remote interview with team leader and project manager working on the same team. The atmosphere during both interviews was relaxed and conversational.

The process seems quite traditional within the IT field, with initial screening interview by HR followed by an interview with the hiring manager and HR. An endorsement from a current employee likely influenced the decision to include me in the recruiting process. The atmosphere was somewhat relaxed, but the interview carried a certain seriousness as well.

I got a callback pretty quickly after leaving my application. During the phone call I asked about the salary range. It was a bit on the lower side, which I told them, but I also said I was willing to continue the process. They said they would send me some interview time slot suggestions via email but I never got the email. I understand if I overpriced myself, it happens, but I would appreciate open communication. It sucks to be ghosted.
