Initial Phone Screen and In-person Interview. I was disappointed with the follow-up. It was obvious that the Hiring Manager/Owner had decided to move on, but I received an email a week or more later after following up a few times. It is disappointing to receive info in an untimely manner... especially when you are searching for new opportunities.
