My recent interview process was positive overall. The process felt professional, well-structured, and welcoming. I had 1 preliminary phone interview and 2 virtual interviews. The interviewers asked a mix of behavioral and role-specific questions focused on my background, relevant experience, and fit for the role. I appreciated that the conversation felt like a genuine discussion rather than a formal questions and answers. I also had the chance to ask questions about the company, the culture, and the team which made the experience feel even more engaging.
